Different techniques, different results. Gemesis diamonds are mostly yellow due to the Nitrogen in the atmosphere getting inside the crystal during the growing process. Apollo diamonds can be created in all colors including colorless depending on how much impurity is introduced in the growing chamber. e.g. add boron to make blue diamonds.Note that synthetic diamonds are real diamonds made in lab. They possess identical physical and chemical properties of diamonds. Apr 27, 2012 - Yes, a company called Apollo makes diamonds in all colors including pink, blue, yellow, and colorless too. The Gemesis process shown here can only produce yellow diamond because the nitrogen in the air gets into the crystal. Look up other videos on Apollo diamonds. They are done differently.
