May 28, 2012 - I can't say about the cross overs. But the reason they didn't have a bill was when they were casting the actors they couldn't find anyone who could fit Bills place in looks. I think the cross overs might have been a last minute thing. It was pretty cheesy at that point but I still give it a 4 out of five.
