Jan 11, 2010 - I Don't watch K1 much but this past fight Andy Souwer had with MASATO on New Year's for Field's Dynamite!! 2009 was good. It was my first time seeing Andy Souwer fight. I was going into the fight paying attention to MASATO because I've seen him fight before but by the end of the fight Andy Souwer was the one who had caught my attention and slightly won me over with his willingness to engage especially at the end of round 4 and all of round 5. This a nice PV for Andy, it makes me like him more.

Feb 27, 2010 - agree. he looks like some regular guy. you see hip hop videos where the guys pump up and look tough and intimidating. but this down to earth, normal looking guy is in top physical condition and soo much fitter stronger than them. and masato as well.

Feb 28, 2010 - funny thing is that he doesn't do a lot of power training...well, it was that way back in 07 so maybe things have changed.apart from the regular muay thai stuff he does pullups, pushups, sit ups, etc...the regular thai workout.if you start as young as fighters do in thailand you can get away with it.
