Feb 9, 2012 - I can't seem to get my hands on an FTP that I can use for testing purposes. What should I do?

PJJMDCC Says:

Feb 9, 2012 - I'm not quite sure, but I guess you'd just call the class with your main method and that class will call other classes. Make sure you put all classes in same directory.

MrJustasR Says:

Feb 29, 2012 - use free hosts.

TheNikRock Says:

May 1, 2012 - Guys if you have error trying to run your applet in your browser try to compile your .class project for 1.6 java version. To do that (if you have something like 1.7 version like me) go >> eclipse >> right click at your .class file >> Build Path >> Configure Build Path >> Libraries >> double click on JRE System Library >> Execution environment >> JavaSE-1.6 >> Finish and then run it!I dont know if its the right or the best way but it worked for me...I hope this might help someone :D

mpaul0416 Says:

May 19, 2012 - If you are just testing, you can make the website on your hard drive and run it from there. Otherwise, you'll have to run your own server, or find a hosting solution that allows you to upload applets.

AnnaMicrosoft Says:

May 23, 2012 - mine doesnt work... fire fox nothing.. chrome says some error in another window when i click on itin eclipse it works

Ziggletooth Says:

May 28, 2012 - he said something like "if you're learning java you should know html"um no... html isnt even a programming language why would I know that? I think that was an illogical assumption. I dont know html, but I did use your example and the advice of the good people in the comment section to create a webpage locally by putting the html and class file in the same directory.html is a descriptive language for describing content, nothing to do with programming
