May 21, 2012 - I guess you are right, yet I've often heard that accents were lighter in songs. A lot of Canadian French speakers have no accent when they sing though they do when they speak. I also have to say I love that song but the accent is too strong here, it spoils the French part a little bit...especially when you know that a British accent is perceived as sexy to a French ear. I don't know why they didn't work it out !
