That's where Spartan 117 (master chief) landed after his re entry from space, and if you know anything about space flight and re entry you'd know that an object entering atmosphere is quite fast and it would fly halfway around earth before touch down.So the coordinates are right, and the makers of this video did their research, unlike you.
