Apr 28, 2012 - Actually it is not good to do it every day, you don't get muscles by the workout but by the 1-2 days pause inbetween, do the workout every second or third day :)

May 3, 2012 - I don't know if these ladies are Certified Personal Trainers or not, but you will see little to NO results from doing ONE workout with only 12 max reps... It will burn a few calories, but you have to work a little harder than 5 moves in five minutes... To anyone following these videos, take my advice... do these moves, there's nothing wrong with these moves, but do EACH move atleast 3 times with between 10-20 reps. THEN you may see some results.So make it 15 minutes instead of 5.
