I believe Diaz did beat Condit, Condit had a game plan and it proved beneficial at least in the judges eyes, this is what counts!! Also diaz being the aggressor should have helped him win the fight seeing as he had octagon control pretty much every round. Condit threw baby leg kicks and baby jabs then turned back and ran. Diaz won in Octagon Control, Aggression & Grappling. Condit won in effective strikes by throwing baby kicks/punches then running. All real fighters think Diaz won.

And then he did it after his fight when he lost. Diaz himself said he could of finished it, but decided not to because he thought he was winning in points. He didn't want to potentially break Condit's arm when he already had the decision win. Secondly, he got busted for drugs? Dude, he got busted for taking non-performance enhancing medicine. He has a medical marijuana card and he didn't smoke for 2 weeks prior to the fight. Overeem and Chael got busted for drugs/cheating, not Diaz.
