Mar 14, 2010 - The Odds and Sodds version is cleaner then this, but the drums on this particular version are pretty epic in comparison (at least I think so). Makes you feel alot more like dancing.

May 21, 2010 - Townshend was on roll during this period. Who's Next could easily have been a double album.

Feb 20, 2011 - I saw them in '89 but I sometimes wish I were ten years older. I was about 3 years-old during Isle Of Wight.

Mar 30, 2011 - good call. It was originally supposed to be a double album called Lifehouse.

May 5, 2011 - Dude...Who's Next was supposed to be the crux of Pete's rock opera, life's work "Life House" that he still has only finished in the sense that what he has now is done. The Life House project may go on forever. Check it out sometime, very cool premise. Who's next could've been a quad album with all the material Pete had at the time, and would've been if he could've figured out Life House.

Oct 21, 2011 - You have to look for the special double disc edition. It cost the same as the regular edition.

Nov 2, 2011 - Damn Daltrey does some sick vocals here.
shellygrrl Says:
Nov 25, 2011 - I think Pete had it mostly figured out; it's just that no one else understood 'Lifehouse' as a concept, and Kit Lambert wasn't there to help make sense of it for the others.

Dec 20, 2011 - Absolutely one of their best albums. Pete is amazing, Keith.. well who was better? Roger, probably one of the best Rock and Roll singers, and then there is John. Not a better bass player before or after.. Truly an amazing band.
etrius24 Says:
Dec 28, 2011 - just amazing that it took them a decade to get this good... most bands fizzle out long before that.... This band was still getting better.... Roger's vocals were still progressing.. the writing was absolutely progressing..

Jan 19, 2012 - No question that there is more material on this album than on 2 or 3 albums from pop bands today....as much as I like the Beatles and the early stones... Does any other lbum from that era really compare to Who's next?
