Feb 1, 2012 - harmonics.. he plays like a chord/arpeggio with his lefthand (like on 5th fret for example) and then plays the same chord/arpeggio with his picking hand, fretting the harmonic with his first finger while picking the string with his other fingers.. its one of EJ's unique "techniques".. he shows better how to do it in other videos on YT in his proper lessons.. i think they are called touch harmonics but I could be wrong..
