Title: Lancool Dragonlord PC-K62 Product Showcase

Added: Aug 19, 2009

Author: HardwareCanucks

Duration: 8:22

Description:
Lancool is a relatively new manufacturer name to the market, but they are definitely not new to cases. Spawned from the brilliant minds at Lian-Li, the Dragonlord K series chassis takes what makes Lian-Li's chassis so sought after, and design an enclosure that fits a more modest budget. The reduced price does not sacrifice on quality however. Constructed of solid steel the PC-K62 features a 100% tool-less design that makes working with the case a "snap" and it strives to fix the frequent messy cabling issues that often plague bottom mounted power supply cases. This chassis looks great, is incredibly functional and rings in cheaper than many other similiar cases that are half as practical.Visit www.hardwarecanucks.com for more

Jan 18, 2012 - while i dont have this case i have to say that 50c is not a good temp. if its ur full load temp then its ok but not good or excellent. and if thats ur idle temp then thats a horrible temp to run and i would suggest u get a better cpu fan or case. my 1100t running at 4.0ghz is around 35-40c full load and i have a simple apviea old style case with 4 120mm fans and a corsair v8 cpu fan. temperatures 50 and 50c+ will seriously reduce the lifetime of the cpu.

Jan 27, 2012 - Hi, I have a PC-K62 and i need help removing the front 140mm fan to do a replacement. Can anyone here help?

Feb 18, 2012 - What is the added area next to the I/O slots?

007foppe Says:

Mar 7, 2012 - great case only don't like the frond to much i have it lol but it was not to expensive so i bought it ^_^ the frond reason is the fact the led fan i like to see it, also wat this guy forgot to say you will never have EVER DUST IN THIS CAST unless you would disconnect the 2 upper fans

iNekoNaru Says:

Mar 30, 2012 - Just bought this case with my build, cant friggen wait! D: and it's friday.. so it will have to wait until next week.. -sigh-

video166 Says:

Apr 5, 2012 - Are you still using this case? and if you are, how is it holding up?

heffyg101 Says:

Apr 7, 2012 - Hey, I actually JUST changed cases (2 days ago) to use it for another build, otherwise it worked very well, cooling was great, minimal dust inside. The power button actually broke though -.- so i wired the reset button to turn it on instead. Probably just a faulty switch, oh well.

video166 Says:

Apr 7, 2012 - Okay thanks for the reply, would you recommend it over the cm 690 ii advanced?

heffyg101 Says:

Apr 8, 2012 - that's a tough one. the CM 690 II would have better airflow and more HDD support, but in my opinion the k-62 looks better with a large, clear side window. Also, all of the fan options are covered with filters, while i think there are a few that are unfiltered on the CM 690II (side panel). They are very similar, it just depends if you want a side window, and much better stock fans with the k62, or more HDD + better cooling if you add quality fans (stock 120mm CM fans are crap, just saying)

TheUnstoppablePlayer Says:

Apr 9, 2012 - overall the HAF 932 is better :D

video166 Says:

Apr 9, 2012 - And what are your thoughts on the haf 922, are fan filters really needed? This case has excellent airflow and space for a mid tower, but sadly no filters.

addz17 Says:

Apr 9, 2012 - functional and keeps up with most case trends/features and i really like the expansion slot clips but is quite bland and dull imo wouldnt look twice at it.

cs16rlz Says:

May 8, 2012 - hmm will the corsair's h80 fit in this case??
