Nov 8, 2011 - This is very good! I suppose it's too early to play favorites, but I find myself drawn to Chanthy and Vimean. Can't wait for the next episode. I guess we have to wait for 2000 hits, just like before, right?

KMFCambodia Says:

Nov 8, 2011 - Don't plump for favourites just yet. There are a few more characters still to arrive. As for 2,000 - I guess you do.Let's review it after a few episodes. But what I'm trying to do is to simulate the TV-watching experience - for better or for worse.MatthewKMF Producer

Nov 9, 2011 - You have successfully simulated the TV-watching experience for better and for worse, LOL. I'll try to keep an open mind about the characters and wait to meet everyone before forming firm favorites. I remember that a few intrigued me in the previews, and I'm eager to see where they fit in the storyline.

Nov 9, 2011 - Hey KMF...I'm Khmai living in the States and love your series. I'm so happy that your film company is taking the big steps in improving Khmer film and movie industry. Very proud.

ChampeiSiemReap Says:

Nov 9, 2011 - But quick question. I know this might not be as important as the storyline, script, acting or the production itself. But have you guys ever thought of having ost or original song tracks with these series? Music is a big part of the Khmer culture. Khmer films in the past (50s and 60s) had composed songs for the movies which made the film more memorable. Rock Production has been continuing this for their movie series as well. But just an idea...

Nov 9, 2011 - :)

KMFCambodia Says:

Nov 10, 2011 - It's sometimes a little lopsided to form favourite characters. In a well-crafted series, the depth of all core characters should be supported by and be dependent on all the others to create rounded drama. But I know I shouldn't be too puritanical about this.MatthewKMF Producer

KMFCambodia Says:

Nov 10, 2011 - Hey, thanks for compliments. Glad you're enjoying it already. Plenty more twists and turns to come.MatthewKMF Producer

KMFCambodia Says:

Nov 10, 2011 - Rock Productions may well do this - but they started out as a music business that drifted into TV drama. Thus already have an expertise in original song tracks. We prefer to concentrate on the business we think we know. It's hard enough making (hopefully) quality drama on a sliver of a budget without using our time on areas we know nothing about - and a business that's capricious at the best of times.MatthewKMF Producer

WangXiangu Says:

Nov 10, 2011 - @KMFCambodia: Very true. One of the major strengths of "AirWaves" (or any good TV show, for that matter) was its great ensemble cast. The show didn't have a real star. Even so, I think it's human nature for viewers to develop a stronger affinity for some characters than for others. Younger viewers might be drawn to the teenage/young adult characters, while older viewers (like me!) might be drawn to the mother/father/boss figures.

ChampeiSiemReap Says:

Nov 10, 2011 - Good point... In order to make more quality movies, you'll need lots of resources. Sometimes we forget that. You guys are doing great job. Keep it up...

ChampeiSiemReap Says:

Nov 10, 2011 - How often will you uploading Beauty of Life...? Is it once a week..?

KMFCambodia Says:

Nov 12, 2011 - For the moment, we will upload the next episode when the total of the two parts of the previous episode reaches 2,000 hits.MatthewKMF Producer

KMFCambodia Says:

Nov 12, 2011 - Respond to this video... News for Beauty Of Life fans. YouTube has just told us that we can now upload segments that are longer than 15 minutes. So, from now on, we'll put up a whole episode at a time. We'll still wait for 2,000 hits before putting up the next one though.MatthewKMF Producer
