Jul 23, 2011 - The Patriot act even covers purchases/abuse of prescription drugs. I noticed this when going to a Target store to buy a small prescription. There is a penalty under the Patriot Act for abusing or illegaly obtaining prescription drugs. How does government preventing people from OD'ing or selling Valium stop terrorists? This is already covered under other laws.
