Feb 19, 2012 - Even if it is a weak album, it is an interesting album. Pete's lost years and the passing of the mantle to bands like the Sex Pistols and the Clash. Still, think the guitar line here is one of my favorites: the use of Spanish/country thirds, is quite enjoyable and I imagine was influenced by the more melodic bands of the time (you can hear something similar in the Pretenders' "Kid" - was that James Scott?). Anyway, agree I have no idea what don't let go the coat is in reference to.
