The fact that he, as a special agent couldn't cover his tracks proves he was an idiot and the FBI is shit, therefore we lsot the character in the first 10 minutes of the movie. The origin story has been messed up. he lives in New York, not Tampa, Florida. The only thing they got right in that movie is the skull and the trenchcoat, other than that, it was a pile of shit !
