But, practise man, that's also you need. This video doesn't really help. Will your fingers hurt? yes, but after the pain they'll develop caluses (or however you spell it) and then it'll feel fine. Building up speed takes a while, as long as you get the positions first, then work on rhythm of the chord and then speed.
