It'd be good for Neymar to move to Europe since playing in Europe might prepare him better for some of the tactics involved in international football, but Neymar doesn't need to move to Europe to prove that he can't play.

Regardless, Until Neymar does lead Brazil to a final and win then he is a definite candidate for best player in the world, until then Neymar will remain at number 3 best. No more no less.
