Jan 30, 2011 - I've killed several New Edge GT's in my 1990 SHO. The GT is good off the line but falls on it's face hard at about 90mph. I also used to have a 2003 GT 5-speed, so I know WTF I'm talking about. Now, with I/H/E and 3.73 gears, it's a different animal and unless the SHO is heavily modified, it WILL loose.

Apr 30, 2011 - I have an 02 GT, modded, custom wheels, new coils, cool air intake, Borla exhausts, predator chip, new pulleys etc. I think its still slow as hell, lots of torque but very sluggish. And it rates on the Dyno from a local high school at 291hp. My Eclipse GT actually seems faster because its much lighter. Also my stang isn't that fun to drive. Maybe i'm not as big of a fan as i though ha! Inside quality is shitty to, by comparison.
