May 9, 2012 - Supernatural is demons.Grimm is fairytales brought to life. How is that unoriginal?the two shows share a similar factor, yes, but they are both unique and enjoyable in their own way. The only difference is that Sam and Dean are Hunters and track down the DEMONS to kill, where as Nick is a detective who solves crimes that just so happen to be linked back to the Wesen world.There is a difference.

May 9, 2012 - Well, I don´t know about you, but I´ve seen / read similar stories about fairy-tales brought to life and a few humas trying to help them or etc. That´s why it seems unoriginal to me. I´m not saying that Grimm is not enjoyable, it´s just that if you seen Supernatural, this may be boring to you.

May 19, 2012 - I tried watching this show. It was just so horrendously made that I gave up. I like the creepy way that people turn into monsters, but everything else is ridiculous. For example, the partner never seems to question the cases. In fact, all the cases he gets seem to be "Grimm" cases...wth. At that point, it becomes CSI. The overarching storyline is often forgotten and silly. No one cares. Monroe is good, but lead is wooden. Supernatural has gone down the drain also, but this show is pretty bad...

May 19, 2012 - this show is too much like the buffy the vampire tv series been there done that, what they should have done was make this show a gothic crime thriller mystery with killers who imitate fictional creatures but are not really supernatural creatures like the superb BBC series Whitechapel which is far superior to this show.

You might find the content unappealing, but don't try to say they aren't high quality TV shows.Either way, prove me wrong. I find Mad Men boring, but I realize it's one of the best TV shows on. May 9, 2012 - I have watched Supernatural since season 1 but I also am watching Grimm and am really enjoying it.When you think about it Supernatural is demons - Grimm is actually fairytales being brought to life. There is a difference.Also, Sam and Dean are Hunters and have no stablity in their life; Nick and Hank are detectives. Nick doesn't give up being a cop to become a hunter that tracks down and kills these creatures.It is actually a pretty decent show if you decide to give it a shot.
