May 1, 2012 - Raping and killing yanks and americans are the exceptions, not the rule, and when they're caught they are almost always punished. the fact is there are rapists and murderers in every army in the world because there are rapists and murderers in every large group of people. It's just a matter of how you deal with them, what the attitude towards them is, and how they feel others will treat them if they're caught that moderates what they do.
