Mar 3, 2012 - to those suffering severe depression, just hit the bottom recently but came out with my dignity intact and am still very much alive and moving forward. When you realise how much you have and what you could stand to lose you will be better off. These songs are a good way of sharing and indulging in the grief, suffering etc and even now i feel better, these staind songs have a way of getting inside and stirring something. If you can feel that then thats one step toward recovery. epic song

May 25, 2012 - There was a girl in my school named Natalie Weber, she killed herself just recently. I didnt know her but as soon as I heard she did that I instantly thought of this song. Any death is sad, whether its a criminal or a baby. Its sad because it shouldnt have come to that.
