Description:
http://www.euronews.net/ It has been a year since Estonia adopted the euro but its fortunes have not mirrored the rest of the eurozone.According to the European Union's forecast, Estonia's economy will grow by a massive 8 percent in 2011 - that is five times faster than the EU as a whole. Dec 31, 2011 - I imagine this is a temporary boost in reality. These reports are more to do with encouraging market-confidence in the euro than actual credible reports.

Jan 1, 2012 - This is a prime example of financial discipline and the euro currency being two very different things. Case in point, consider Greece and Estonia. One has excellent financial discipline and the other lived in a patriotic utopia. Same currency (euro), different approaches to finance and consequently very different outcomes. Estonia's moving forward and Greece is left is ruins.

Jan 1, 2012 - You doubt that Estonia grew 8% in 2011?
