May 10, 2012 - well yes, that would be okay in most cases, but certainly in stephenie meier's case it seems like she didn't plan it at all- she just had this 'brilliant' idea for a scene in her head and clearly thought 'I can make a whole book out of that' (or something along those lines, point is it's stupid). and frankly I'd be surprised if she even wrote a second draft- her work seems more like a slightly polished first draft really.
