Nov 27, 2011 - I was about 10 when this song came out. Teenagers dressed like this when they went somewhere special. The Girls were modest...covering their chest up to the neck! Not now days...don't know how much lower scooping necklines can scoop. Bet there are some 20/30-Something-Guys today who've never worn a Tie and probably never will.
