Apr 5, 2011 - Ice for good, fire for evil. Although the 'good and evil' karma aspect seems to have changed to reflect a more 'order vs chaos' conflict. I kinda like that. The only 'wind related' power cole's shown so far is the ability to create electric tornados, but I'm assuming that's just one of his natural abilities gained in the story, sorta like megawatt hammer / shock grenade in infamous 1.

Apr 5, 2011 - It does connect to the first game, although it takes place a few weeks/months afterward. Going to a city 4 years ago doesn't necessarily mean the same thing as having spent the last 4 years in said city. For all we know, Cole used to live here before Empire City. Or perhaps he used to vacation here. It's a little unclear atm. There's an Infamous comic being released to bridge the gap between the two stories btw.
