Apr 29, 2012 - I love discovering or healing about new music but I guess I am still way too mainstream.As a random person trying to be good this list just leaves me feeling...discouraged.Are there really 45 bands ive never heard of that are the best in the country? Could I just head to any possible festival and hear an incredible quality band? I dunno, Its almost like that if so many indie bands are amazing then I think you're trying to put something over us. This much certainly cannot be missed by critics

May 12, 2012 - Mastodon are deserving of top 5 in my honest opinion, quite a few hardcore records are in my top 20. However good to see La Dispute there, and based on your comments I get the feeling your not massively into the hardcore/punk spectrum so fair enough. Also nice to see Mogwai recognised.
