He had the heart before the name Captain America and he will always have the heart long after he dies and his name forgotten. Even at the start, when he is just skin and bones, he won't give up! May 27, 2012 - Captain America IS a superhero - his strength and power was given to him through the use of a serum that is definitely super. As for the rest of it, they chose him to be Captain America because he will be able to value his strength and realize how good and powerful it is - unlike some other already strong soldier who would misuse or abuse his power. I agree with JLWind3 - you're missing the entire point of the movie.P.S. Don't call Captain America "gay" or "homo." It's false and offensive.
