In this case the church came before the children which ultimately meant that both the church and children were losers. This shows a Pontiff with poor judgement and seriously out of touch, to be kind. The Pope is supposed to be infallible in matter of morals and doctrine. I fail to see how Ratzinger lived up to this so called infallibility.
