But please compare the lyrics to any song Morrissey has written with any by Bellamy, and I think despite fan-ships, you will see that Morrissey is better by any standards. Bellamy may be good at soloing, but none of his songs are as melodically intricate as any by Marr. Excluding solos, if you compare, Marr's are better because of the inventivity and intricity, mixed with subtlety that Bellamy will never be capable of, let alone understand.

No this isn't muse's best performance and I think if you asked them to cover it again now, it would sound a lot better. Bellamy writes music for the dumbed down masses (a group he fits into well), who don't know what to listen to, so they listen to this, as it is what others are listening to. He has no creativity, and is only capable of writing poor rock songs. I doubt he could successfully write anything else.
