May 11, 2012 - This BBC interviewer's behavior is very unprofessional. With all due respect, where did this guy study journalism (or does he have a degree in journalism at all)? He asks compound questions, tries to put words in the professor's mouth, doesn't seem to be making much effort to listen to him, frequently interrupts and/or contradicts him while he's talking, and appears every bit as resistant to anything the professor has to say as he accuses the professor of being to what the reporter has to say.

May 15, 2012 - The host does not know the difference between eyewitness - and witness. Eyewitness is the bystander, with no dog in the fight - first hand view, plus maybe objectivity. Witness and expert witness describes others who testify - questioned authority, like FBI Agents, or soemtimes, the defendant - even that person is a witness by dint of taking the stand. Rudin's notion that FBI agent is an eyewitness to plane parts - which parts the agent witholds - is wrong. Any judge would demand the exhibit.
