Oct 3, 2011 - If this was faked, then it must have been a solid deal with the city to film this.Damages alone would be costly. I think the camera man panned quickly over to the left and shot the action there because he saw that the small car went right into oncoming traffic in the intersection. The skinny guy is a typical product of his environment.
