Growing up watching these movies, gave me even more push. Movies of my childhood. Bloodsport, Kickboxer, Enter the Dragon, Way of the Dragon and other Bruce Lee movies and all of the Jackie Chan Kung Fu movies from the 80s. Armor of God and others.

Healthy life style=better and easier progress. I would suggest you to start training RIGHT AWAY. No matter what you want to train, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Karate or what ever style you prefer. Train it right now. Don't wait, if you really like martial arts the reward is amazing, it is not only physical shape, but also a spiritual cleansing.

But after watching van damme and listening to this music i really wanna do it badly, only problem is im from the uk and i dont think theres many martial arts studios around :/.
