I have tried pulling the string both hard and using hardly any force at all but it still won't return. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Apr 20, 2012 - If ur yoyo doesnt come back up it is probably because the string is too loose. Unscrew the actual yoyo if u can and tighten the string by twisting it.

May 6, 2012 - GUYS i know how u can do the sleeper if ur yoyo just comes back up! keep throwing the yoyo up and down(even if it comes back up) then after around 5 goes u will be doing the sleeper!! im not sure if this will work for u but it worked for me!! but if it did work plz thumbs up!
