So the answer to that yes in a free market system would be that doctors do not deserve their wages. That's not socialism, that's free market capitalism. As for the people, they get to keep their property in a communist society. It is only the means of production that are shared, and as for intelligence - the education system is propaganda.

In fact it was based on the prussian education model which claimed education should destroy freedom and force ideology of elitism into the population. As for creativity, Ken Robinson argues we get educated out of creativity - that makes sense given the nature of standardised testing. You can look up ken robinson if you want more info.

This led to friendly societies which the stage destroyed to stop socialism.
