Jul 14, 2011 - Both powders are easily gotten in a metalworking shop. Just put a bucket under the grinder and grind aluminium and iron (though you're more likely to have steel). Then just put some concentrated acid on the iron to oxidize it. Dry it out, mix it together (though I don't know the ratio), put in a magnesium strip. Find a way to burn magnesium from a distance, and do so. Boom.
