Mar 31, 2010 - Than you for this! I am furious I managed to miss it. I visit Riga for the opera and bellat regularly. The Latvian National Opera is a world class company and their 'Carmen' is typically earthy, gritty and dramatic. This opera is all about sex and violence and Riga have got it just right.
