May 23, 2012 - eat TONS of fruit! :D and beans, lots of beans and baked veggie mixes plus rice and potato, squash or zuccini, very very filling. I was a beef fanatic before going herbivore. Also, eating too fast makes your stomach not register the food intake properly, making you feel like you didn;t eat. Hope this helped!
