Jan 24, 2012 - i don't know what a lot of people feel. but what the sister said is how I feel a lot of times...

jjdelg Says:

Jan 25, 2012 - Usually something bad that happens to me over and over again, I eventually learned to just not care about being all sad about it because being sad sucks, and so I just say F it I don't care and go do something else that matters. You just have to accept what's done is done, and depending on the situation there is no going back, or you'll just have more depression and the process continues.

jjdelg Says:

Jan 25, 2012 - @jjdelg It's ok to rejoice about the situation, person or thing if they meant something good in your life.

BogdyBBA Says:

Jan 26, 2012 - I see what you did in that last part. I've had that kind of guy tell me what he did slash what I should do. Once. Twice. Three times at least per conversation. Should I have tried it? Hm.

saintmirrenmalky Says:

Jan 26, 2012 - @pollordubai It makes perfect sense. That attitude hacks me off too, Buddy. I hear ya. Hope you're feeling better now.

earthy075 Says:

Jan 27, 2012 - You wish you can feel sad... but you can't even feel "sad" if you wanted to. Overtime, you forget what sadness feels like because you've never been happy. It's as though you're dead and not alive any more. You can't "feel" depression...it's just there. Just like how Earth orbits the sun and how the universe is "there". And then you get people who go "cheer up" (people who will eventually die just like you and me). for some reason they're happy and they say "smile more"..like smiling will help.

CaptainCrunchOwns Says:

Jan 30, 2012 - I gotta say, some solid advice in this video.

theSynysterPiggy Says:

Jan 30, 2012 - @earthy075 I know exactly what you're talking about. Here's something I learned the hard way: clinical depression, doesn't just go away. Not if you don't get treatment. Despite what a lot of artists and musicians say about antidepressants making you falsely happy or whatever... that's bullshit. They give you back the serotonin you were missing. A week in an adolescent mental hospital and four months of outpatient taught me that. There's hope, if you're looking in the right places.

CanadianBattlefieldG Says:

Feb 1, 2012 - I like the last idea.

glitch509 Says:

Feb 1, 2012 - I posted a comment about two years ago on this page, saying that i feel like in the 4th tip.Well guess what. Lifting weights, getting a cool car and fucking chicks (inevitably comes with the hot body and hot car) WORKED. To Lev: send my gratitude to that guy.

DieselShark100 Says:

Feb 1, 2012 - This is a funny video. However anybody here who is down an out deserves better. I would suggest downloading Joel Osteen's new book called Everyday A Friday. I listen to it everywhere and it really helps me get my mind to a higher and better place. Just a suggestion.

StratoCesar Says:

Feb 1, 2012 - the final piece of advice came from a truly wise sage

tehsempai Says:

Feb 5, 2012 - I have been going threw depression for about a year now , so I started taking these pills that are suppose to make me feel good, they worked for a while until now they have just stopped working , I'm suicidal and need advice. anybody got any?

MCLuisF Says:

Feb 5, 2012 - I actually laughed at the last part. lol

TheLizzyMul Says:

Feb 6, 2012 - @tehsempai Don't be suicidal, that's just bad. I'm not sure the pills are the answer, maybe you should talk to a psychologist, that usually helps more. It's really quite easy, you just have to talk, and in the end you find out stuff about yourself. BTW people shouldn't be ashamed of this, if you go to the doctor's with a stomach ache, why wouldn't you go when your feelings are hurt. Hope you get better soon.

tehsempai Says:

Feb 6, 2012 - @TheLizzyMul thanks for the concern it actually means a lot, but i tried talking to a councilor but they really dont seem to care what so ever. and they always root the problemto my family witch its not. but ill try another one see if that works..

narutorulez81 Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - the worst part, the high school jock is the one that made the most sense.

Cyclingbikingtrucker Says:

Feb 8, 2012 - Suicide is not the answer. I became depressed as an adult with a business to run and employees to pay after a crash where I hit and killed a cyclist in 2005. I then gave up my license and around Christmas of 2006 tried to kill myself with an overdose, its just not the way. You need to find which direction the light is coming from, and chase it. Get a job, get a gym membership, go socialising, renew contacts with old family members, whatever it is you need to do it.

Mattdawson75 Says:

Feb 8, 2012 - @doompassword I threw the agoraphobia too!! I'm not a part of ya system!!! MAAAAAAN!!!

Flimsii Says:

Feb 9, 2012 - @narutorulez81 It is funny how true that statement is. He was the only one who offers a solution albeit a very superficial one.

Spectersbeast Says:

Feb 10, 2012 - @pollordubai That was very well, and beautifully put. Somehow seeing someone write that makes me feel better. Thank you. =)

rooster0327 Says:
