Dec 24, 2011 - like he said you want ball that does not stress your arm anything that feels comfortable but not to light and finger holes that are comfortable to the bowling allie i go to all the 9 10 and 11 balls there finger holes are like for babies
ospreyhawk Says:
May 18, 2012 - I call Shenanigans on the whole %10 of your weight thing. I weigh 179 pounds and have a hard time carrying a 16 pound ball. What you should of said is to find a ball you have no problem with lifting and swinging that is does not put too much strain on your body or is too easy to move. It depends more on your strength and not your weight. Duh.

Jan 23, 2011 - If you can throw a 6lb ball that far maybe you should be playing baseball instead LOL.
