May 12, 2012 - wat r u talking about. the last and most important words in this song says and i quote, "you ain't living if you a slave to anything. unless you a slave to God." leads straight to God. im not saying its wrong to be cautious. i just think its wrong to jump to snap conclusions. Crae is still preaching God. just appealing to a broader crowd. but its all good cas the more ppl God reaches to through Crae the better. just pray for Crae to remain strong. but this song is all good here.

May 14, 2012 - ah but if an atheist can listen to a christian song and be unaffected by its message because the message is to subtle, then what is the point?

May 14, 2012 - Hey guys, I am not trying to snatch a ton of subs. I am a christian rapper in Indiana and I recently got a studio that I am soon recording at. But can you please just check out my channel and sub to so support. THANK YOU AND PRAISE JESUS!!!!!
TheLoneWolf009 Says:
May 15, 2012 - now ur just being picky. every pastor gives a message. some are more subtle then others. to me its right out in the clear. and i kno atheist ppl who say the same thing. it is a clear message. he makes a strict point to talk about how God sets u free of slavery of sin throughout the entire song and then reiterates loud and clear at the end.
TheLoneWolf009 Says:
May 15, 2012 - and it would make someone curious to know more about what that means if they dont already know. idk about u but when i minister to ppl i need to gain their interest and attention otherwise it goes in one ear and out the other.
sh9683 Says:
May 15, 2012 - but when it comes to music if its like you say, they isten to the music for purely the music and its sounds but couldn't care less about the lyrics, and remain 100% unaffected
TheLoneWolf009 Says:
May 16, 2012 - well that can happen even when someone goes to church. the effort is there.
TheLoneWolf009 Says:
May 16, 2012 - the effort of the minister i should say.
sh9683 Says:
May 17, 2012 - no i am getting my info from countless "christian" bands that sing popular typ emusic and the lyrics are subtle, people on those pages always say some derogatory name about God and then says i like the music though!
TheLoneWolf009 Says:
May 17, 2012 - that doesn't relate to wat we are talking about. ur talking about those bands where the lyrics could be confused for love songs to a woman. i hear god's name a few times in this song. so ur argument is invalid. and i believe i heard jesus too. it is the message from the bible. the whole song is about how sin enslaves us unless we give it to god. if u can't get that message from this song then ur not listening at all. like going to church and day dreaming the whole time.
TheLoneWolf009 Says:
May 17, 2012 - im not gonna argue with you anymore over this. all im gonna say is i disagree and feel like this message is anything but subtle. but i have some advice. i cant remember if u did or not but if you did don't go around judging his music bcas u have no idea where his heart is. it is impossible for a human to know. just pray that he remains strong in the faith. build the kingdom of god. do not attempt to break it apart. (not saying u r) but think about it. be blessed and spread Jesus' love my friend.

May 17, 2012 - oh i love lecrae and his messages im just worried about the path he is now choosing to take, to me it sounds like the same path pigeon john has taken, and that path is a wordly one

May 19, 2012 - christians can listen to a christian song and be unaffected by its message too man.
TheLoneWolf009 Says:
May 19, 2012 - but you can't know for sure. what im saying is until you know for sure dont go throwing the baby out with the bath water. chk out his new mixtape. very godly message in it.
