Apr 23, 2011 - The Voice Recognition was terrible; my son speaking into my voice recognition capability on my cell phone creates almost 100 percent recognizable speech. What is wrong with google?

Bianchi541 Says:
Dec 15, 2011 - @rhcp4565 If you google Buddhist charity/poverty...all that you will see are Asian faces...truth is...there is not one single USA Buddhists for USA Buddhists charity to help USA Buddhists who have fallen to hard times.. every single USA Buddhist charity dollar goes to an Asian... and I have seen non Asian USA Buddhists thrown out of thier sanga when they need some help and have run out of money to give a Tibetan !!! The culture of western Buddhism is warped and only the venerables get compassion
Bianchi541 Says:
Dec 15, 2011 - I think that when every charity dollar gets tagged as singularly for a Tibetan... that this is a warped view of charity and the culture of western Buddhism needs to turn a new corner... the only time that I have ever seen compassion in motion, is mostly when it is towards a Tibetan venerable and there are people in our own back yards who have fallen to hard times... this is not the equanimity of the Buddha... this is a warped view for racist, millitant politicals !!!
Chewyguru Says:
Dec 15, 2011 - @Bianchi541 You realize you're venting about a personal trip that has little basis in reality. The lions share of donations to Tibetan Buddhist organizations goes to funding Dharma centers that white black and brown people all benefit from. If you want to give to a charity just do it stop complaining in a public way that is actually just you begging for attention. Hi Bianchi we love you. It's time to grow up.
