Wojnarowicz identifica se stesso e noi stessi con i bisonti, sospinti verso l'ignoto da forze che non possiamo controllare o nemmeno comprendere. L'immagine dei bisonti è una metafora su di un tipico atteggiamento della gente che tende a "tirare avanti" ignorando problemi gravi. Questo atteggiamento rischia di portare l'intera umanità (un mandria di bisonti al galoppo!) verso guai seri se non ci si fermerà un momento per cercare di risolvere certe gravi questioni.

Apr 6, 2012 - I like the buffalo. The Buffalo Jump at the end of the song is an old native american way of hunting. The point was to drive the bison off the cliff to kill them and waiting natives would butcher them up after making sure they were dispatched. Every part of the buffalo had a use. Nothing was wasted.
