Added: Nov 1, 2011
Author: HandieProductions
Duration: 3:47
Description:
Written by William Hardie (with Patrick Ronahan and Terry Banks), this song is destined to become a new Classic Canadian Christmas Song. It celebrates the spirit of Christmas and also, the spirit of Canada. Santa has never been so well portrayed as a true "Hoser" from the Great White North!

Dec 31, 2011 - The only truly classic Canadian Christmas song that I'm aware of is "Grownup Christmas List" by David Foster -- which is in entirely different league and will be performed by artists worldwide for many decades. All that aside, you've put music to your research, and thanks for entertaining us. Interesting voice too, by the way.

Jan 10, 2012 - Thank you very much! I am a 'proud' Canadian, I just don't have to broadcast it. Canada's so very 'chill' & I don't mean temperature either! LOL It's just a great place to live! Wouldn't want to live anywhere else, personally. Thanks, again, for making this video. It made MY day!!

Jan 11, 2012 - Excellent video but it would be better if the sub-title for color was spelled the Canadian way as colour.

Dec 27, 2011 - Great history. Probably few people know that 3 colonies became 4 provinces of Canada as Upper and Lower Canada had been merged into what was officially the Untied Provinces of Canada in 1841 before being separated into Ontario and Quebec at Confederation. If you have have the pleasure (and I won't recommend it) of reading any legislation of the period, I had to do it for work, is is very confusing as Canada is used for both the Dominion of Canada and the United Provinces of Canada.
