One thing for safety I can recommend is to have all the turkeys you plan to cook thawed and dried even before you heat up the oil. Even use a paper towel to pat them dry and set them each on a pile of paper towels or other absorbant material AWAY from the fryer. Can you get more "dingle-dangles?" one for each turkey? If so, then you can have each of the turkeys readied for frying.

May 2, 2012 - There is no way William Shatner is 80 years old. I mean he is...but he CAN'T be. George Burns in OH GOD! is what an 80-year-old man looks and sounds like. Bill must have found a way to tap into the space-time continuum and permanently frozen his appearance at the age of 60.
