May 22, 2012 - I'm going to make one final comment just to make my peace...this band was great with or without Syd Barrett...there are many bands inspired by their early works, and many others inspired by their later music, post-Syd. I'm not saying with Syd they were any better or worse than without, just different, and that's part of what makes them great...and worth following from past to present. I think if more fans could see it that way, the world would be a happier place. :) Aaaaaaand I'm done. Thanks!!
