May 8, 2012 - One suggestion Elizdog, when the person you are getting workout tips form has a gut, and the stomach is more fat then it is muscle, it should go to show you just how worthless this lady and her workout plans really are. This lady has very little to no muscle definition, not even in her arms where is the easiest muscle groups to keep definition long into your 40's and 50's. My guess is she is in the neighborhood of 25% to 30% body fat.

May 9, 2012 - It's time to stop making comments on my channel. Your comments have not been helpful to anyone and are bordering on hateful. Most people are not trying to become an elite athlete - they are trying to get moving and feel better about themselves. If you don't like their view of working out, that's fine, but keep your comments to your own channel. You will have more success helping people get fit if you encourage and motivate them instead of tear them down.

May 9, 2012 - there are so many factors to consider: weight, height, age, fitness level... A ROUGH estimate is 200-300 for the 30 minutes.

May 9, 2012 - definitely! girls don't have the hormones in their body to build big, bulky muscles. As you work out, you will build more lean muscle in your legs. Enjoy!

amkjwhite Says:

May 9, 2012 - I will admit, this workout is more advanced. It was originally designed for those that take my class at the gym regularly to have a quick option for home. Keep watching it and you will pick up the moves and be able to do it :)

amkjwhite Says:

May 9, 2012 - It is definitely fitness kickboxing. It is not a "true to form" kickboxing, but modified so that most people can do the moves with little training and get moving. :)

May 9, 2012 - "People are trying to feel better about themselves". Working out is not just about your feelings. It is meant to keep you healthy and fit. Workouts like this people continue to do because they "feel good about themselves" but the reality is the benefits are limited. You need to put disclaimers on your workouts so people don't expect results and understand the workout is designed basically to make you feel good about yourself not actually improve your appearance or help lose weight.

HateOn50Tyson Says:

May 9, 2012 - Understand there are a lot of naive people out there. Because of health risks, people may be doing this to help lose weight, lower cholesterol levels, increase heart rate etc. Their naive and stumble upon your video. They think your workout is going to make a difference but in reality, it does nothing for them. If you are going to promote yourself as some fitness guru at the start of your video, make sure you are honest to the people doing your workouts about the results they can expect.

HateOn50Tyson Says:

May 9, 2012 - if you are looking to burn calories, exercises that create a high intensity burn during the workout also create "after burn" where you can continue to burn calories at levels 10% above normal for 18 hours after a workout. This workout will be lucky to burn 100 with 0 afterburn. Look for a workout with great after burn, with more focus on high pace hard push and less entertainment. This workout will produce 0 results other then a "feel good effect" that Adrienne admits to look for.

May 11, 2012 - Hey, have you seen this method called the Fat Blast Furnace? (do a google search). My friend says it helps people lose weight faster.

Denise Holling Says:

May 11, 2012 - To be fair, you don't know what people need in their workouts. Some people may be just starting out with cardio and this is an easy way for them to ease into without overdoing it. This video is a great step for building endurance and getting used to moving around. It helped me lose weight, so it very well could help others. If people need something more intense, they can find it, but there's no need to bash this one just because it's not exactly what you needed.

Denise Holling Says:

May 12, 2012 - I loved this workout. I only wish it was broken into two videos so my super-slow internet would load it faster.

May 13, 2012 - I loved it! I'm a flight attendant and have dropped the laptop toting. Only an iPad now. So downloading takes up a lot of room! When wifi in hotels are strong! (50/50), I look for videos to do instead of the same 3 on hard drive. Otherwise, back to my laptop and numerous DVDs! (Too heavy) most free online videos are too short! 10, 15, 20,. I can lump them together but I yearn for good 30+. You explain great, good timely cues, good beginner/intermediate direction!, great boxing moves! Only thing

melloyellophone Says:

May 16, 2012 - This is a great, low impact, totally sweaty (eww haha) cardio workout. Usually I do mostly weight lifting at the gym and then the elliptical for cardio. This is a great alternative to my usual cardio when I can't use the gym. Thanks!By the way, you look great. If everyone in America did JUST THIS, we wouldn't have such an obesity problem. The problem is that most people do not get a cardiovascular workout AT ALL.

May 25, 2012 - thankyou so much been doing your workout for a week now. .quick question, what do you recommend to increase my stamina?

samskixo Says:

May 27, 2012 - I don't always have the motivation to work out by myself and sometimes don't make it to the classes at the gym because I work late. This is a great workout to do late at night when i need a quick fix! Thanks!
