May 27, 2012 - its the absence of Roger. He gave floyd the lyrics that made them so fucking amazing. Because this song is basically about David Gilmour having to take Waters' place as the main component of floyd, I suppose it has depth in that respect, but ultimately Roger Waters was Pink Floyd's poet.
