"Follow them, follow them, these are the voices from your heart" At the end of the video, she 'follows them' and quits her job to do what she really wants. Coincidentally, the band then enters the gas station because that's what the tour life consists of, only to find out that there's no one there. (because the girl quit to follow her passion)

And that she really wants to do what makes her happy (art) so she says fuck it and quits the job because it wasn't making her happy.
