Trust me, I have bought vehicles that CR has dogged, and they have been great, and I also refuse to buy certain vehicles that CR recommends. Word of mouth also matters too. You know what vehicles have performed well for you, stick with what works, and forget what anyone else says.

Jan 26, 2009 - Consumer Reports is VERY biased against most "American" cars. For Example, the Lexus ES scored much higher in their testing than the Lincoln MKS. Honestly, I want an honest answer, what does the Lexus have that the Lincoln doesn't? Where does the Lincoln fault? I can't find anywhere where the Lexus is better. Am I missing something?

If you drive it off-road often, it might be a good choice, but for all those people who buy them just to go to the mall, and never go off road, it's a very bad choice.

What do you guys suggest, i like the 4 door for room but the 2 door is shorter and can clear more obstatcles, am i right ?
