Once tested working, return it and visit a smaller computer shop by searching computers on yellowpages*.com , *.ca for Canada and get the hard drive size you really want. I have this feeling a 3.5 250gb IDE PATA would work, no guarantees. Again stay at 5400rpm , unless you know your system supports more speed.
